As we wind down this wild ride that is 2024, I sit here sipping my fresh ginger, lemon, and hot water, soaking in a bit of quiet time before my mother-in-law and stepdaughter wake up—they’re staying in my home for the very first time. (So cool to be able to write that, btw.)

Before our early Christmas celebration kickoff, I wanted to take a moment to share a really beautiful free online event that I had the honor to be a part of, starting on December 21.

If you’ve been following my journey for a while now, you know that ceremony, communing, and honoring the land & elementals are very important to me and something I hold sacred.

This retreat is an online retreat you can do at home, in your pajamas, around your schedule, and it’s totally free.

Each session is curated to support you to come home to you, to unleash your truest self. There are sessions on everything from collage, painting, meditation, dance, yoga, breathwork, and mini workshops on everything from detoxification to finances.
