Can you feel a shift brewing?

Today feels a bit like Christmas for me as I can feel the end of the harvest season coming, whilst also sitting with frustration and heartbreak for so much of the suffering in our world.

And yet I am also standing with a glimmer of excitement in the greater collective awaken and harnessing the hope of us all finally coming together to create a new way forward.

Yes, all can and gets to be alive at once.

We are in the timeline and season of great contrast and we get to be comfortable being uncomfortable with the dance of the no longer and not yet and trust in the exhale and Surrender of “HOW” and letting it the f go.

But I 100% get that many of you are fucking in it right now. From snap- to Palestine- Congo Sudan- jamaica…. and more shocking news coming from the demons in charge (for now) ever day. That’s why we need community.

In person online and worldwide. Together is the only way to not just surive but thrive during these times..

Alone is not the way and were waiting for you today in circle with open arms, cancel that meeting, take a long lunch break, or what do you say you head in late…
