Can you find exhale in the shit show

I don’t know about you, but the first few days of this year have been landing differently for me than any other year of my life.

Slower. Quieter. Intentional and Zero pressure.

This was a unexpected EXHALE for the first time in my life..

While at the same time being informed, dropping into prayer and informing my audience about Venezula.

This contrast is proof that we can be living with one foot in the 5D, connected to the Sacred and moving at the pace of Mother Earth, while one foot remains rooted in the density of the 3D human experience — aka the collective shit show.

Moving my body, being in nature, and using ritual to move emotions through, alongside community support is how I ensure I’m not knocked out of my sovereignty and into despair.

I’m not sure if you know this, but I’ve been living in Portugal since July of last year — often called the 5th empire~ “the holy grail.” Living here has helped in my massive shift from the hustle-and-grind slavery capitalism spell that living in America had me under.

During the winter months here in Europe, it’s been so much easier to naturally allow a matriarchal way of gentle living and being — attuning to the seasons, the winter solstice, over the calendar. I have been deep in my practice of what it really means to actually listen to the pulse of Mother Earth rhythm after my 2024-2025 year of deep grief and unraveling from the systems of oppression, domination and greed of living in the US and being apart of the coaching industry for a decade...

The first quarter of 2025 was a deep dive for me into the underworld.

I detached from the spiritual industrial complex.
Broke free from the greed-driven coaching cult.
Stepped away from friends and peers who center money, not God.

those living one life on Instagram and a completely different one behind the scenes. And could finally see the havoc the domination and colonizer supremacy spell had on me, my peers, life and country.

I let my old identity that was built on hustle, grind, non-stop launches, pursuit of more, and burning myself into the ground in the name of helping as many people as possible “leave them Matrix and “change the world”… die.

I was robbed of my entire life savings and retirement by my coach’s husband (who is now in prison ~ true story).

And I stopped complying with the smoke and mirrors of the high-ticket, greed-based pyramid schemes that much of the coaching and “spiritual” space is built on where how much you charge equals your worth, and you’re trapped in the “never enough” spell of clients, posts, programs, followers, and money in the bank.

The veil dropped hard.

I watched systems, beliefs, and relationships reveal what they truly served. And instead of pushing harder or scaling bigger, I chose to do the opposite.

I slowed way the fuck down and heal from the trauma of this industry that “made me.”

I mentored nine beautiful real women in a nine-month priestess coven, with the marys as my right hand guides and it was glorious. Exactly what my body, heart, soul, and nervous system needed. I let my productivity and revenue shrink dramatically so I could remember who I am and why God asked me to do this work in the first place.

It wasn’t a rebuild or rebrand.
It was a return to who the fuck I was before my peers convinced me I wasn’t doing enough, charging enough, making enough, buying enough, or that I’d be left behind. and a reminder to center what really matters. The sacred, children, life and GOD.

And maybe you can feel that type of exhaustion, struggle, burnt out, death, or veil drop truth bubbling within you too in your own way.

Maybe this year has you questioning IT ALL! Who you are, what you want, what matters, what you’re building, why? or who you’re building it with, or walking with and what or whom you’ve been unconsciously centering.

Work.
Money.
Men, Women, Everyone else. Trying to just Keep up.
While your true gifts, hearts calling and mission sit on the back burner.

Being around people who care about more the health of the world than just talking about how to build a biz, make money or their own damn self.

Over the past year, I’ve been creating a new way of gathering to support those like us — the real-ones who cry for palestine, grieve for the children feel deeply for the animals true and mother earth, those that choose to centers life and community first. and are praying for a new matriarchal way on this earth before its too late.

2025 for me was about been leading pilgrimages, offering intimate ceremony both locally and online, mentoring people and meeting them where they’re at — making my work more accessible, affordable, and rooted in the sacred first.

The Patriarchy is dying.

Lone-wolfing it, hustle, and burnout culture is out.
